I am Aris, owner of Call the Doula LLC. I am a Christian Mom to 5 and Registered Nurse of 14 years. After working in Labor and Delivery for many years I found that I was unable to serve my patients the way that I wanted. I decided to change things up and become a doula to better support Women and their families. This switch allowed me to use my nursing background as well as support my clients with education, before they got to the hospital. I have been a part of hundreds of births and each one is unique and special. God has blessed me to be able to pursue this calling over my life and I do not take it lightly. I believe birth is natural, but first I believe in each and every person that I serve. Choosing an epidural doesn’t mean you failed, choosing a homebirth doesn’t make you crazy, and choosing to birth at a hospital does not mean you cannot have the birth you want. I want to support your decisions with Evidence-based information to ensure the best outcome for you and your family.
When I am not serving families I love camping, reading, nature and homeschooling my starting 5.
